Small Groups meet once a week * Series of six to ten, 2-hour sessions * At each session, the facilitator will: • introduce a theme • provide tips for memory-jogging and creative writing • discuss issues/insights participants may have 
 encountered in their writing Each participant will: • during the week, write two pages of their life story on a given theme • show up • share their story with the group *can be adapted to the group's needs and wishes
